Who we are
Cap and Cope Stonemasonry is a family-run stonemasonry business based in Bourne, Lincolnshire. We are the data controller for the personal information you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you use one of our enquiry forms we collect:
- your name, phone number, email address and how you'd like us to contact you
- the postcode of the property or delivery address
- details about the work, the property and your timeframe
- for trade enquiries, your company name, the items needed and the date required
- basic information about how you found the site, such as the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in the link
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, prepare a quotation and, if the job goes ahead, to carry out the work. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask us about work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 24 months unless a job goes ahead, in which case we keep the records we need for the job and for our accounts.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your details. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website, store enquiries securely and send email. They only process your information on our behalf. We'll update this section with their names when our enquiry system goes live.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- withdraw your consent at any time
- object to or restrict how we use it
